Terms of Use — Solo Reset

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solo Reset ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Solo Reset is a personal wellness application that provides daily offline quests, doodling exercises, focus timers, and journaling prompts designed to help users practice mindful solitude and reduce screen time.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Solo Reset offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly plans) that unlock extended program lengths and additional features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Free Trial

Solo Reset may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged. The duration of the free trial is specified at the time of signup.

5. User Content

Journal entries, doodles, and other content you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of all content you create. We do not access, view, or share your personal content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, illustrations, watercolor badge artwork, and code within Solo Reset are the intellectual property of Solo Reset and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
Redistribute or resell the App or its content.

8. Disclaimer

Solo Reset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding mental health.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Reset and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
